How do I return an item?
Warranty and Return Policies
Clik Elite warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. To report a warranty defect, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number. Please include your telephone number and a copy of your original sales receipt so that we may contact you. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs to Clik Elite but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Please note that daily wear and tear is different than manufacturing defects and our buckles will not always survive being shut in a car door.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return unused items ,purchased directly from Clik Elite, for 30- days from the shipment date. You have the option of exchanging the item(s), receiving a store credit or receiving a refund for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product and the return is approved, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note: Returned items that have had tags removed and show signs of field use will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal.
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Clik Elite, Click Here to start the RMA Process or contact Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-532-2545. Then you will return the RMA form, original sales receipt and product to us. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all tags attached and in the original box for a full refund less shipping costs. Your refund will include the price of the product and any taxes.

Clik Elite is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Though if we happen to find something we will do everything in our power to get it back to you.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
